Case 2: CT (coronal and sagittal) of a 53-year-old patient with multiple surgeries and two frustrated attempts at arthrodesis using internal procedures. Four-month follow-up CT shows an increase in TT consolidation of up to 80–100%. The patient was able to train off the orthosis and switch to custom-made orthopedic shoes. The patient currently complains of pain with a visual analog scale score of 5 in the foot/ankle joint during exercise, but the CT now also shows clear arthrosis in the TN and CC joints
